Seniors’ Virtual Fitness & Social Time

Staying active is essential, especially as we age. We invite all seniors to join us every Monday and Wednesday for Virtual Fitness Time. After the workout, participants will have the chance to chat and discuss community happenings. This program promotes both physical health and social connection—helping to combat isolation among seniors. Ghanaian seniors, come join us for a day of exercise and conversation!
